Your Role:
EY Sweeney is seeking to fill up to 3- 5 vacancies for overnight market research fieldwork. You will be conducting observational research across various locations, recording your observational results using our mobile tablet device.
Shift length will vary and are available for 3 – 6 hours between 10pm – 6am, Monday to Sunday. Travel time to and from locations are paid for according to the AMSRO agreement.
Your position will have a significant emphasis on safety and security. Your ability to demonstrate understanding and commitment to workplace health and safety is highly regarded. Positions are available across Sydney - Inner West, Blue Mountains Region, Illawarra Region and North Shore to Central Coast.
What we look for:
- Available 10pm – 6am, Monday to Sunday for a minimum 3 shifts per week
- Open to flexible working hours. Night shifts between 10pm – 6am, with some day shifts also available 10am -4pm Monday to Sunday
- Strong communication skills
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- A commitment to personal safety and an understanding of workplace health and safety
- Respectful and professional presentation at all times
- Eligible to work in Australia (International students/WHV holders welcome)
- Previous shift work experience and time management skills
- Full Drivers licence and proven safe driving record (provisional licence holders considered)
- Must have own vehicle and be willing to drive long distances to different site locations
- Previous experience in market research is highly regarded but not essential.

- Above award hourly rates plus allowances (in accordance with the provisions of the NUW and AMSRO market research industry agreement)
- After hours penalty rates between 12:00am and 8:00am
