A worldwide recognised brand with substantial investments and developments running into the $bn's both domestically in Australia and offshore in key development markets. They are currently seeking an experienced retail marketing manager to join the team on an initial contract basis.
  
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:  

• Responsibility for the marketing budget and spend
• Analysing customer demographics and devising marketing strategies accordingly
• Financial reporting on marketing returns
• Overseeing all centre promotions 
• Managing all media, agency and local community relationships
• Managing all PR activities 
• Implementing processes and procedures in relation to all marketing activities 
• Effectively lead and mentor the marketing team to deliver optimum performance  

The desired candidate for the role will have a tertiary qualification in either Marketing or Communications and a number of years' experience in a marketing management role or Assistant Marketing Mgr/Marketing executive ready to step up. Prior experience working within shopping centres or retail would be ideal. Candidates will need to be solid communicators in both a written and verbal context and will also be able to establish strong relationships both within and externally to the business.
