Cox Inall Ridgeway is looking for a dynamic part time team assistant to join the team….
 
Cox Inall Ridgeway is an Aboriginal Social Change Agency; we deliver services around specialist public relations, communication campaigns, program development and research.
 Examples of this include working in health promotion, media outreach for Indigenous press, organisational reviews and Corporate Social Responsibility for corporates.
Together, our team have skills and backgrounds in politics, government policy and media, journalism, marketing, health policy and promotion, project management, research, community engagement and graphic design. 
 
The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the whole team across a wide variety of tasks to ensure seamless support and contributing to the effective day to day running of the office.

Responsibilities to include:
  • Co-ordinating all travel/accomodation/logistics for the team
  • Maintaining accurate recording and reconciling of all associated costs
  • Accurate note and minute taking from meetings
  • Co-ordinating any event management requirements, (in partnership with consultants, community engagements, catering, event room hire).
  • Managing team schedules, including co-ordinating schedules for research interviews and groups
  • Maintaining databases, maintaining filing on server in shared files to ensure projects are up to date and file version control is on form
  • Creating great looking and accurate presentations and reports (Powerpoint, Excel etc)
  • Plan and schedule meetings, events, audio and video conferences
Skills Required:
  • Excellent admin and project management skills
  • Experience in managing and reconciling budgets
  • The ability to juggle conflicting demands and a great eye for detail
  • Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with staff and others
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work autonomously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Some flexibility to travel if needed would be ideal (but not essential)
  • Able to work well under pressure and maintain a good sense of humour!
 
Salary: $55-$65k (inc super) pro rata depending on experience.
