Responsible for driving strategy and localising plans across all touchpoints in Retail, Outlet & Ecommerce. This position will support the business objectives capitalising on strong marketing messages in-line with global brand transformation.

My clients span from Food and Beverage to Cosmetic and Personal Care and beyond across all locations in NSW.

Description

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans across portfolio ensuring timely implementation and financial management

  • Execute ATL and BTL campaigns for the various brands

  • Manage the concept development, production and delivery of marketing material

  • Manage and execute external comms strategy including end to end calendar. Comms include EDM, Newsletters, advertisements, brochures, signage, point

  • of sale and product catalogues.

  • Work with trade team to develop key POS and customer plans

  • Drive NPD process from concept to implementation and launch

  • Oversee copywriting and proofreading for all marketing documentation and external communications (print and electronic).

  • Manage product launches in order to provide necessary material and ensure delivery of marketing materials with adherence to the company brand guidelines.

  • Drive digital strategy including all website and social media activity with support of other team members

  • Monitor competitor activity and drive brand and strategy to ensure retain market lead

  • Provide input on product range and developments, using customer feedback specific to the local market.

  • Manage direct reports as required

Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 7-9 years of relevant professional marketing experience

  • Experience in global brand marketing

  • Ability to multi-task projects with equal priority, anticipate issues and provide creative solutions

  • Excellent attention to detail, superior communication, and follow-up skills

  • Strong creative & analytical skills, ability to evaluate multi-source data and draw global trends

  • Ability to build effective partnerships, mentor junior team members across the organization

  • Strong organizational skills, timely delivery of projects

  • Ability to make prudent decisions under pressure and work against tight deadlines

  • Ability to interact successfully with diverse individuals at all levels
