Our client is a leading female fashion brand that is looking for a Website Manager to drive the functionality of their ecommerce sites. Constantly expanding and delivering a unique service to their customers, they are now focusing their activities on the development of their ecommerce platforms. You will be managing the technical aspects of their ecommerce platform for a seamless online customer experience.

Description

Reporting to the Ecommerce Manager, the Website Manager will be responsible for:

  • Create, manage, and maintain all website content blocks and banners deployed via HTML across website home page, category landing page, and listing pages incorporating multimedia, graphics, text, animations, interactions;

  • Provide strategic input into website design and user experience improvements based on sound ROI and business needs;

  • Analyse front end user experience creating actionable steps to optimise via modifications and A/B testing;

  • Manage A/B testing projects specific to website modifications and changes. Analyse and utilise test results to implement change across UX, site content, functionality, and design;

  • Proactively diagnose and resolve any operational issues that arise on the website related to maintenance, development, and bug fixes both independently and with support of external agency for major development needs;

  • Monitor site traffic and volume patterns to accurately forecast server capacity needs;

  • Manage tags and produced feeds via Google Tags Manager and Google Merchant Center.

Profile

You are a passionate, hardworking digital marketing professional with a passion for fashion brands. You will be attributed with the following:

  • Degree qualified in Information Technology, Web Design and Development or similar;

  • Significant previous experience in website administration, ideally in a fashion retail apparel environment;

  • Previous experience with Magento platform or similar;

  • Working knowledge of CSS, XML, HTML, and JavaScript;

  • High level of problem solving skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy;

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, liaising with multiple stakeholders to achieve desired results;

  • Excitement and enthusiasm for the latest industry trends and changes;

  • Sound business judgement and strategic thinking, understanding the business implications of decisions and displaying an orientation to profitability.
