The opportunity

We are looking for a Database Coordinator/ CRM Specialist with a proven track record in driving a CRM data clean-up project of large customer and data management systems.  This role will work closely in our Marketing and Business Development team, from our newly refurbished Sydney offices, located in the heart of the Sydney CBD shopping district. 

In this challenging yet rewarding role, you will use your strong problem identification and problem resolution skills to undertake the overhaul of the firm's CRM database.  You will develop strong relationships with our key stakeholders and together, will work towards updating and implementing our CRM database project.

Your duties will include, but are not be limited to:

  • Drive a CRM data clean-up project with key business stakeholders and implement in the Firm’s CRM
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, such as Business Development leads; Events management; partners and assistants for each practice unit
  • Undertake required tasks in support of the firm's CRM business tool
  • Analysis, analytical tools, researching and reporting
  • Support the Marketing / Business Development team to research, gather and collate relevant information
  • Develop and maintain documentation relating to the project and report on progress.

About you

To be successful in this role, strong problem solving and communication skills are essential and you must be a team player. Ideally you will have a a proven track record in managing related CRM projects and will ideally possess the following attributes:

  • Solid understanding of data management 
  • Comfortable with databases, data, manipulation and mining
  • High level of analytical, logical thinking
  • Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills
  • Strong EQ, adept communicator and confidence in dealing with senior stakeholders
  • Ability to proactively manage schedules and tasks
  • Strong focus on attention to detail, accuracy 
  • Energetic, self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Can show initiative and the ability to be proactive, while also being able to follow instructions and provide support to the team
  • Familiar with analysis, analytical tools, researching and reporting
