The role:         

An exciting new opportunity has arisen in our fun filled and highly skilled Marketing Team. This is an exceptional opportunity to create engaging design solutions for a passionate designer who can embrace and advocate the Hostplus design strategy with compelling content.

As an experienced Graphic Designer, you will be able to draw on your previous experiences and demonstrate design thinking with empathy and human centricity.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Design solutions for Marketing, digital applications and activations
• Create intuitive customer experiences, interactions and engagement models
• Content production from conceptualisation to delivery e.g. tenders, press ads, interfaces, exhibitions
• Maintain marketing and communications templates and collateral to ensure brand alignment
• Work closely with immediate Marketing team and external stakeholders

Ideally, you will be a seasoned designer with sound experiences from conceptualisation to the delivery of traditional print and digital projects. You will have knowledge of design theories, consumer psychology and visual trends and can demonstrate a genuine passion for the Hostplus design strategy and vision.

Experience in the superannuation or financial services industry will be highly regarded, however is not essential. Tertiary qualifications in either Graphic Design and Communications would be highly desirable, whilst proven experience in delivering in-house design, within an agency environment or custom publishing would be highly desirable.

Successful applicants will be required to provide a portfolio of work.
