Based at our South Melbourne location, we are seeking an experienced Lifecycle Marketing & Campaign Manager, reporting to the Senior Lifecycle Marketing & Campaign Manager - Retail.  This newly created role is responsible for the multi-channel development, oversight and execution of lifecycle strategies and campaigns for all products in the Retail platform (Banking and Health Insurance). To deliver and optimise marketing communications across all stages of the customer lifecycle, including on-boarding, utilisation, cross-sell, up-sell, retention and win back. To deliver a harmonized, customer-led experience and strategy that brings together brand, customer, product, sales and revenue objectives.

Remit:

This role is accountable for these key pillars:

  • Lifecycle strategy, execution and performance
  • Campaign Management
  • Reporting & Tracking

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Experience in lifecycle marketing and marketing automation design and setup
  • High level of exposure to the financial and health services industry dynamics including regulatory environment, compliance and credit risk.
  • A high level of marketing experience and understanding.  Proven success in developing marketing lifecycle and campaign strategies and executing acquisition campaigns delivering strong results.
  • Have a very clear understanding of customer drivers in product adoption and usage
  • Working knowledge of Operations, Risk, Compliance, Sales
