About the role:
This role exists to provide deep and rich customer and market understanding for Latitude, to generate insights and to leverage those insights to provide a customer strategy that enables growth for the Latitude business.

  • Generate and leverage insights to provide a deeper and more defined understanding of our customers and the market we operate in.
  • Define the lifetime customer value of our different segments and identify opportunities for growth in the market.
  • Implement an ongoing insights program to deliver understandings on current and future customers and potential products
  • Help drive growth by identifying key customer performance and planning opportunities to drive improved marketing effectiveness.
  • Champion our growing customer focus and obsession.

About you:
You’re curious, analytical and customer centric. Your ability to decipher and analyse complex information into useful strategies and align them to business outcomes is second to none.

  • Extensive marketing and analytics experience preferably within a services organisation.
  • High level of marketing exposure and understanding of marketing strategies.
  • Technically astute, you have data modelling skills. As well as the ability to extract insights and solve problems using qualitative and quantitative research and analysis.
  • In depth experience in developing and leveraging customer research and insights.
  • Brilliant communication and influencing skills along with strong commercial acumen.

If you have proven experience developing and designing customer strategies, leveraging insights through primary research. If you’re a down to earth, story teller with strong analytic capability. We’d love to hear from you!
