About the role
The role of the Marketing Executive is to coordinate and execute trade related promotional activities, events and marketing materials across all markets and sales channels of distribution. The Marketing Executive will also assist and support the marketing team to drive growth for the Ultraceuticals brand.
Duties & responsibilities
- Acts as the direct liaison for the coordination and execution of trade related promotional activities.
- Manages the Marketing Communication schedule and key dates.
- Develops and manages trade communications plans.
- Assists the ANZ Marketing Manager in the creation and maintenance of sell-in strategy documents for each sales channel.
- Coordinates promotional POS collateral development, briefing, sourcing, submissions and follow up.
- Manages the execution of marketing plans across different platforms as directed.
- Executes co-op advertising across all channels and key accounts, liaises with relevant stake holders across sales and marketing department and develops briefs for designers to deliver on time and in full.
- Works with the ANZ Marketing Manager to ensures marketing material artwork is always updated for all agency collateral.
- Liaises with Public Relations Manager to activate launches and exposure with key media influencers.
Skills & experience
- 3 years experience in a similar role
- Tertiary qualifications, in a Marketing or Business Related discipline
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Is a Brand Ambassador and has polished interpersonal skills
- Beauty Industry experience will be highly regarded
