This client is a government organisation that services the local community. The team effectively drives service & policy improvements for better outcomes for people in Australia.
About the role
This position will report into the Research team and work closely with various divisions in the organisation. This is a challenging and dynamic role, you will own and help design various research projects from end to end.
This client are looking for someone who is keen to gain knowledge on the client side, you will have strong research, analysis, statistical and communications experience and have an interest in meaningful research.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage quantitative research projects from start to finish
- Design and implement online questionnaires, manage samples
- Data collecting, analysis and interpreting data that identify and implement business improvement processes
- Continuous customer satisfaction tracking
- Manage and maintain online community and research panel
- Present insights to stakeholders
Skills needed to be successful
- Experienced in various market research methods and report writing
- Quantitative end to end research experience (Qualitative research on top is a bonus)
- Conducting research autonomously, deciphering metrics, drawing actionable insights to inform strategy
- Excellent communication and presenter
