They currently have a vacancy for a high-achieving Marketing Manager to work across multiple, residential, off-the-plan, development projects, in Melbourne’s South East. Key responsibilities of the role will include –
- Execution of monthly campaign strategies, ensuring long term plan milestones are met
- Liaising effectively with all internal and external stakeholders including creative agencies, architects and project managers
- Maintaining and building positive brand perceptions in the marketplace
- Assisting the Sales Director with the implementation of sales strategies and support processes
- Coordination of small to large scale events
- Management of marketing budgets, across multiple projects, including budget planning and estimates.
We are seeking someone exceptional to take on this role. Someone capable of managing marketing projects from inception through to execution. You will need to be flexible and resilient, able to roll with the punches and handle yourself professionally when dealing with others. Your initiative, drive and the ability to have fun will see you really make a positive impact.
You will also need previous Property or Real Estate Marketing experience ideally in the development/project marketing space, or are wanting to move away from an agency role that focused on Development projects. A Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Marketing, PR or Communications would be highly regarded.
