The opportunity
Great opportunity for a Marketing Optimisation Consultant to join our Brand and Communications team in Melbourne. Our Marketing Optimisation Consultant is going on parental leave shortly and as a result we have an opportunity for an individual with experience working on end-to-end online marketing strategies to join HESTA on a fixed term maternity leave contract (up to twelve months).
Reporting to the General Manager – Brand and Communications this role is responsible for end-to-end online marketing strategies that optimise engagement and increase campaign effectiveness. The role requires experience and understanding of Adobe platforms (including but not limited to Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Analytics, AdCloud) and an ability to apply them in the amplification of key messages, audience definition and analysis of results.
We’re looking for someone who has experience in all aspects of conceiving, planning, buying, measuring and optimisation of online media as they will play a key role in advertising and campaign planning.
Critical experience you have that will get our attention is in;
- online media channels: SEM, Display, Paid Social, Video and manages strategy and programmatic buying accordingly
- key analytics tools and the ability to set up advanced tracking/reporting mechanisms and capture key metrics and activate audiences
- Experience working with external agencies.
