What you will be responsible for

• Research and create communications/ media plans that meet client objectives
• Manage and coordinate multiple projects from conception to completion, by anticipating challenges and ensuring deadline and budget adherence
• Take ownership of assigned clients and accounts, maintain profit and loss and identify areas of business growth. 
• Consistently produce high quality internal and external communications content
• Plan and coordinate traditional media, online media and public relations outreach programs
• Analyse data regarding consumer patterns and preferences.
• Lead in new business development including idea creation, research, proposal preparation and presenting to clients
• Contribute to reaching P&L KPI of Asia Market Team
• Support business growth and target markets development through the preparation and execution of marketing objectives, policies and programs.
• Advise on all elements of marketing and advertising such as distribution channels, advertising and sales promotion etc

What we are looking for

• Minimum 5 year experience in marketing agency in the Greater China Region and/or Australia
• Must be fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese. Preferably with IELTS overall 7 band.   
• Extensive experience in the area of marketing strategy, event management, and media integration, with a key focus on digital marketing
• High skill in building top level proposal (marketing, media and event) and excellent in presentation
• A star in communication with both clients and internal team
• Strong sense of ownership, independent thinker and operator
• Excellent in time management, and high efficiency
• A natural relationship builder and good in identify business opportunities
• Must have high integrity, responsibility and honesty
• Must respect company policy, fit into the company cultural and willing to add value
• Must have a high can-do attitude and high positive spirit
• Must have great passion in marketing, willing to go above and beyond
• Quality such as lovely and easy going personality yet with clear principles, sensitive in profitability, and leadership certainly would be desirable
