Our client based in Thomastown, specialising in the Manufacturing of small goods products are currently looking to appoint an experienced graphic designer to assist with growing and marketing their product range.  This exciting opportunity is targeted toward individuals who are committed, driven and think outside the box.

Your primary purpose will be:

• To assist with the graphic marketing of the company's brands across various mediums;
• The creation and design of in-house product brands and associated assets;
• Source and identify new advertising & marketing opportunities and initiatives;
• To assist and contribute with the planning, developing, organising and executing of integrated marketing and advertising campaigns;
• Create artwork for digital marketing and product presentations;
• To promote, advertise & market products that lead to sales growth;
• To achieve advertising & marketing objectives and targets; and
• Promote the company brand in the most positive light.

Essential Required Skills:

• Experience in designing labelling for food products is a must;
• Previous experience working within manufacturing companies at an advantage;
• Competency in appropriate graphic design software;
• Exhibit excellent communication, inter-personal skills and a pleasant manner;
• Exhibit a dress standard and professional conduct, to represent the company in a positive image;
• Strong administration, organisational and time management skills;
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality;
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, when required;
• Ability to multi-task, gained in a busy environment;
• Reliable, punctual and a friendly demeanour; and
• Qualification in design ( advantage)
