About the role
Reporting to the Head of Marketing for Maven you’ll be responsible for the marketing acquisition & retention strategy, increasing new patients and reactivating lapsed patients via national & local areas marketing campaigns.
  
You will oversee a small team consisting of two Senior Marketing Coordinators. Your role will involve:

• Raising brand awareness and new patient growth of Maven through development of National integrated campaigns
• Development of local area marketing and multichannel marketing solutions to support each practice & its specific needs
• Provision of market intelligence – competitor and consumer analysis
• Working closely with digital & social teams to deliver cost effective initiatives
• Measurement of campaign effectiveness
• Staff management, development & mentorship

About you
We are seeking consumer marketing superstar!!! with evidence of the following:

• 7 plus years consumer marketing experience
• Experience of multi-channel marketing and local area marketing initiatives
• Creative and strategy thinking
• Strong management experience with a team focus
• Degree qualified
