We are currently on the lookout for a Client Services Manager to join the team initially on a fixed term contract basis with a view to stay with the TLC family permanently. As the Client Services Manager you will be responsible for the management of key client projects to deliver excellent management of campaigns.

Here’s what you’ll do;

  • Project manage the production and development of campaigns from brief to fulfilment and ensure they are delivered on time, to budget and in line with customer service agreements
  • Produce timing schedules for stakeholders to ensure they are followed or adjusted, deadlines are met and problems are overcome
  • Write creative copy, creative briefs, proposals, customer journey and user experience documents where required
  • Manage production of printed and digital materials including sourcing and briefing external printers and handling houses
  • Be and expert on your clients brands demonstrating and provide a consultancy/ advisory service to our clients  
  • Identify key learnings from campaigns and apply to future campaigns and share with colleges in other markets

Here’s what you’ll need

  • Experience in a client facing role within a similar agency environment  
  • Demonstrated experience in managing multiple campaigns with multiple brands
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Highly articulate with outstanding written and verbal communications skills
  • Financially savvy and the ability to control all matters in relation to income and generation of spend on projects
