We are currently looking for a great communicator with excellent communication skills to join our Data team in our Rhodes Office.
You will be responsible for;
- Delivering timely and accurate databases and reports on a regular basis to our retailing and manufacturing clients
- Ensuring data quality standards are met
- Managing client data change requests
- Communicating data and database changes to the client service team
- Collaborating with the Data Works, Client Service and the IT departments
- Working closely with and build a trusting relationship with key team members and the client service team
- Developing an understanding of database production architecture and category knowledge
- Following the standard checking process for all client deliverables
- Continuously develop key skills required to improve timeliness, quality and efficiency of database production
Ideally you will be:
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Strong at building and maintaining relationships
- A go getter with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Well-spoken with great communication skills
- Great problem solving skills
- Able to handle multiple priorities at once
- A quick learner and able to pick up technology quickly
- Highly proficient at Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
