Hands on Pivotal Digital Marketing Role.

The opportunity:

A key member of the marketing team, you will be leading digital content development as we execute brand strategies for our business across web, social media and B2B platforms, bringing the Rover and Cub Cadet brands to life.

Reporting to the Marketing Communications Manager you will be based in the South Eastern Melbourne Suburbs and will be responsible for:

  • Creating a strong digital footprint by maintaining and expanding rover.com.au and cubcadet.com.au and managing day to day eCommerce order fulfilment.
  • Moderation and content creation for Rover and Cub Cadet and MTD APAC Social Media communities.
  • Moderating and driving engagement of a Salesforce B2B community channel.
  • Executing digital communications to both B2B and B2C channels.
  • Supporting dealers with digital co-operative marketing opportunities.
  • Developing strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Supporting and promoting MTD’s Asia Pacific Regional Strategic Goals.

 

The candidate:

As a successful candidate for this role, you will identify with these skills and qualities:

  • Experience implementing websites, digital marketing strategies and Social Media content strategies.
  • Maintenance of brand websites, experience with Magento is advantageous.
  • Experience with Salesforce or a similar Customer Relationship Management system.
  • Ability to think creatively and execute ideas effectively in the digital environment.
  • Excellent literacy, copy writing, editing and proofing skills.
  • Experience in consumer durable product marketing and / or working with a dealer network is an advantage, as is knowledge of engines.
  • A tertiary qualification and a minimum 2 years of experience in a digital role is required.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative suite, particularly Photoshop and Indesign.
  • Excellent customer service skills and sound decision making.
  • The ability to adapt to dynamic business needs, conditions and work responsibilities.
