About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic CRM Account Executive with campaign and CRM experience. Working across an exciting range of clients in varying capacities, the focus of this role will include client account management, external stakeholder management, campaign trafficking, campaign production, process improvements and CRM project management. The ideal candidate will be highly organised and structured, be an excellent communicator, thrive in a fast-paced environment and must have a keen eye for detail. You will act as the right hand to the Head of CRM, so you'll need to have an ability to absorb information, and learn on the fly as you embrace your responsibilities. 

Main duties & Responsibilities:

  • Actively manage client expectations and provide direction to other team members as required.
  • Liaise between client and 3rd parties, trafficking the flow of campaign assets and ensuring the highest quality output of deliverables that drive performance for our clients and meet KPIs.
  • Ad-hoc hands-on editing of email campaigns when necessary, to speed up production processes and rectify any errors you may spot on the fly. However, you would not be building campaigns full-time.
  • Support the Head of CRM in meetings, pitches and client presentations
  • Clearly brief client requirements into resources such as designers and fellow consultants, in a way that ensures outcomes will be aligned with expectations
  • Analyse and compile reports to ensure KPIs and goals are met and clients remain well-informed of their performance
  • Recommend best practice activity necessary for growth and business development, while identifying opportunities to deliver a better service.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and other agency partners

Skills & Experience

  • At least 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role, or working client-side as a CRM Executive
  • Experience working in a retail environment
  • Strong CRM campaign management experience, including briefing, hands-on production and stakeholder management
  • Basic HTML email production skills a must. We wouldn’t expect you to code an email from scratch, but you must be comfortable diving into HTML code to rectify basic typos, and errors, inserting links and so on
  • Hands-on experience working within Email Service Provider or Marketing Automation systems E.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Responsys, Dotmailer, Marketo, Emarsys et al
  • A high-level understanding of data, data types, segmentation and the concepts around customer data analysis
  • Experienced and knowledgeable across digital marketing, with a thorough understanding of best practice, particularly in CRM and email marketing
  • Self-starter, with a positive can-do attitude
  • Experience of working autonomously and in a team, managing own workload with competing demands and tight deadlines, yet still delivering to high standards
  • Naturally organised and calm under pressure
  • Accuracy and attention to detail – with the ability to accurately QA campaigns, looking for errors
  • Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas – both written and verbal
  • Ability to facilitate meetings, ask great questions and offer excellent and relevant solutions
  • Willingness to learn and an enthusiasm for digital and ecommerce

Desirables

  • Agency background and experience, although not as important as retail experience
  • Strong technical knowledge (coding, data, systems etc.)
  • Experience managing the scoping and delivery of digital work including A/B testing
  • Any certifications in CRM, email marketing or proficiency with email service providers a bonus
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant subject

Client Delivery

  • Ensure the timely delivery of high quality consultancy projects for clients
  • Go above and beyond to deliver customer value in every output you generate
  • Assist in the management of client accounts efficiently and professionally
  • Ensure client confidentiality is paramount and assured at all times
  • Keep accurate timesheets and reconcile monthly at the end of month or project
  • Ensure error-free campaign deployment for clients

Remuneration
