Our client provides medical devices to medical and nursing staff in hospitals. Their niche product portfolio has a strong presence in the Australian market and they are now looking for a Marketing Specialist to join their organisation and become an integral member of a team of dedicated, customer-focused, entrepreneurial individuals, who are committed to providing exceptional product marketing.
As a key member of the team some of your responsibilities will be:
• Formulate and drive implementation of marketing plans in line with the company's strategy
• Conduct market research, develop campaogns, event planning, and create brand awareness
• Identify and support Key Decision Makers
• Strong communication and strategic planning skills
• To work closely with the sales team to ensure achievement of budget and customer satisfaction
• Target audience reach via usage of social media, digital marketing, market research
• Monitoring and reporting on market information and competitive activity to the sales team
The successful candidate must hold a marketing degree and possess a vibrant, enthusiastic personality with a "can do'attitude and the ability to achieve exceptional results in a competitive environment.
