This organisation requires an experienced change communications practitioner to work alongside the Change Management team to implement communications plans to assist new ways of working. This role supports both formally and informally, the delivery of change projects across the business to ensure the benefit associated with the change is well received.
The key goals of the change team
- Ensure broad stakeholder group is aware, engaged and maintained to help identify when change support is required;
- Consolidate Change impacts and proposed mitigations from each stream to provide an organisational wide view of the change; and
- Supply ongoing change management support to ensure that change is embedded and sustained.
To be considered for this role, your background and skill set will cover the following requirements
- You will be available to commence in the role within the next few weeks;
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline (Business, Communications, Human Resources etc);
- At least eight years’ experience in change communications;
- Experience in working on large scale change / transformation programs and implementing organisational wide change communications plans;
- You'll need to be flexible, focussed on quality and detail, and have the ability to manage multiple priorities;
- Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills; and
- Interpersonal effectiveness across cultures and levels.
