• Must have 5 years exp in senior role with property developer or builder.

Our client is a leader in the delivery of major high-rise projects and have close to $3.0bil of work throughout Australia currently. Due to growth they now require a Head of Marketing & Communications to join their Sydney based team.

This role will be reporting to the Director and you will be responsible for the overall execution and delivery of the acquisition,strategic sales and marketing plans for the entire group.

Additional to the above, your responsibilities will also include:

• Writing copy for various channels and mediums online and offline
• Project Marketing experience 
• Manage style and brand voice across various corporate documents
• Edit and produce a range of technical documents e.g. PDS statements and reports
• Developing content for PR activity and marketing collateral to support a range of internal and external stakeholders
• Materials to support event activity
• Measure, track and report on communications activities

Key Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline
• 5+ years marketing communications experience ideally in property development 
• Strong content marketing and copy writing experience
• Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship building abilities
• Proactive, professional and creative approach to work
• Strong attention to detail
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
• Proven ability to manage various projects simultaneously
