SENIOR SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER
We are looking for a Social Media/Account Manager to join our team! You'll be managing a team of 2 and will work across the day-to-day management of social media channels & communities, be responsible for Facebook ad management, and manage client communications as well as briefing our graphic designers & occasionally photographers & web developers. You'll need to be organised, professional and willing to get your hands dirty.
You will be joining us as a senior member of our team – and as we are growing we need someone that can hit the ground running!
An absolute must;
- Minimum 5+ years experience in a social media focussed position
- Good cultural knowledge of the hospitality market
- Very strong knowledge of social media & analytics software (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads)
- Experience in managing a team
Responsibilities;
- Social Media Marketing
- Day to day management of social media channels (Google Business, Facebook, Instagram, Tripadvisor, Snapchat), pages and communities, including reviewing user comments and responding in a quick and timely manner
- Facebook Ad Management
- Monthly EDM campaigns
- Monthly activity reports
- Digital Strategy & Planning
- Identify any new business opportunities through Hubspot
- Implement techniques to help increase web traffic and grow fan following
- Help drive the acquisition of venue memberships and increase venue traffic
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of social advertising opportunities and market trends
- Help refine our current social media marketing processes
- Content Strategy
- Be proactive in sourcing digital content (video and photo) (often making something from nothing!)
- Strong understanding of user-generated content management
- Account Management
- Manage client communications/expectations
- Brief in artwork to our designers
- Update WordPress websites with new promotional artworks and content
- Develop strong & trusted relationships with clients
- Team Manager

What's great about you;
- You're organised, professional & enjoy working as part of a small team (you will be joining a team of 7)
- You have creative abilities in copywriting & content generation
- You're confident creating, running & reporting on paid social media campaigns
- You have exceptional time management skills including the ability to handle multiple clients with changing priorities
- You may have dabbled in Marketing, PR or SEO & HTML
- CMS systems like Hubspot (which we use) is a piece of cake
- You're a strategic thinker but also not precious about getting your hands a little dirty! We are a small team, so when things get busy – it is often all hands on deck
- You have had formal training and at least 5+ years in a similar role (salary will be dependent on experience).
