We are looking for an experienced PA / Team Assistant / Coordinator with demonstrated marketing, PR & events skills and a creative flare to provide high level and confidential support to our entrepreneurial, visionary and energetic founding Director & Chief Wellness Officer Sam Makhoul (www.sammakhoul.com.au).
Your role will cover initiatives for MSA National, a law company with a team of over 260 empowered people, specialising in banking and finance law, as well as the “Higher Branch Success Academy”, a company dedicated to wellness in the workplace and personal peak performance and associated keynote speaking
engagements and conferences.
About the role
This is a unique and varied role and no two days will be the same, your scope will include such things as;
- Assisting with the preparation of marketing materials and presentations, social media content and partner relations/requirements;
- Reviewing materials for format, content, grammar, and spelling and make edits as necessary;
- Database management;
- Managing communication with internal and external entities, responding to enquiries, coordination of schedules and agendas, taking minutes.
- Project and event coordination, such as conferences, and staff functions.
About you
You will be a well presented, experienced dealing at C-Suite level and naturally interest in health and wellbeing.
You will be systems and tech savvy, process driven and highly organised with excellent written and verbal communication skills and adept at building relationships.
You will ideally come from a small company environment with experience working for intelligent, progressive and dynamic leaders.
Your Skills, Knowledge and Experience will include;
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing or communication would be ideal
- Advanced use of the Microsoft Office suite of products, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Use of digital and social media platforms.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to work with all levels of employees and management.
- Ability to prioritise, multitask and meet deadlines
- High attention to detail and accuracy with a strong focus on quality of work
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable in the face of changing priorities and ambiguous environments
- Event coordination experience
