Spring Professional are seeking the skills of a Senior Marketing Manager with strong marketing management experience.

This company are one of the leaders in retail property and continue to successfully develop and operate luxury centres across Australia

As Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the promotion and delivery of high quality marketing campaigns & events for this large well-known shopping centre asset.

This major retail asset is home to many luxury brands and is known for its large food/dining offering. In this role, you will also have the opportunity to mentor and lead a junior marketing team.

Key responsibilities:

· Planning and managing unique and fresh marketing/promotions campaigns

· Formulate creative ideas to ensure the shopping centres are entertainment and

community hubs, catering to the family market.

· Elevate the centres digital and social media

· Liaising with media agencies

· Managing signage, website & brand

· Relevant reporting (traffic, demographics, budget & spend)

· Team management of a small marketing team

· High level reporting

· Preparation and management of annual marketing plan and budget/financial management

Ideal candidate will display:

· 4+ years marketing experience in a comparable environment (Shopping Centre)

· Be a creative thinker with unique ideas/strategies to grow the asset

· Mid-Large team management expereince

· Excellent communication/presentation

Salary $140,000 - $150,000 package
