RACV have an excellent contract opportunity for a  talented Marketing Consultant to provide support on key programs of work as well as taking the lead on several initiatives.

 

The Motoring and Mobility Marketing team is accountable for driving new customer relationships (acquisition/sales based marketing) and strengthening/retaining relationships with existing RACV members, across some of our most well-known products. .  The team is also responsible for  developing and delivering the strategic marketing plan across the Motoring and Mobility portfolio. This includes proposition development, media strategy development / optimisation and customer sales / acquisition / retention effectiveness across an integrated channel mix.

 

About the role:

 

  • Support in the development of campaign plans and creative and media briefs (under guidance, where appropriate),
  • Help to develop, brief and manage the execution of 1:1, retention and cross-sell campaign opportunities through multiple channels
  • Analyse data and identify opportunities for test and learn activities
  • Assist in the execution of campaign elements, ensuring appropriate sign-off from relevant parties including product, legal and compliance sign-off.
  • Track campaign progress, continually optimise and refine (as necessary), and report performance across lead indicators on a  regular basis
  • Demonstrate creative excellence and generate effective outcomes across all communication mediums.
  • Deliver campaigns on time and on budget, and ensure campaign targets are met.
  • Realise tangible business improvement opportunities from campaign activity.
  • Support Marketing Managers with Post Implementation Reviews.
  • Capture key learnings and complete / input into the overall PIR to ensure future activity leverages key learnings.

 

About you:

 

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

 

  • Strong experience in brand campaign management including through the line channels.
  • Specialist in the field of consumer marketing.
  • Sound communication skills both verbal and written with a proven ability to translate technical information into effective and meaningful communication
  • Exceptional project management skills
