Lower Plenty Liquor is a brand new and exciting concept Liquor Store opening this spring.
We are looking to attract great people to be part of a valued team, a great team to be part of an outstanding workplace and a retail store that becomes a valued part of the community.
We are seeking a Product Manager that has the required level of liquor industry knowledge and exceptional service standards that compliment a store that has been designed to deliver the customer an unforgettable experience.
We are seeking an individual that can;

Manage and maintain relationships with key suppliers ensuring that their products are maintained.

Effectively manage and implement brand profiles

Help organise and implement stock and sales strategies.

Train and guide staff to sell products with the required level of knowledge.

Focus on building strong relationships with staff, customers and suppliers and pass on your experience and knowledge gaining their confidence and co-operation.

Drive loyalty sign up and customer retention.

Host product experiences and tastings
The position of Product Manager can be tailored to the individual’s expertise and availability. The role can be minimised to a casual / part time position or extended to a full-time capacity by taking on further management responsibilities.
Candidates must be flexible and mindful this position requires some night and weekend work that reflects the needs of this hospitality offer.
The role also requires duties that encompass the usual customer service and retail responsibilities and have an expectation that an element of the job requires a physical capability required to work in a busy liquor retail store.
You are required to have a current RSA certificate and having a current drivers licence would be an advantage.
