The Opportunity
You will be comfortable managing multiple clients and projects (web build) – including digital, social and content.
You will manage multiple campaigns (digital, social, content) of allocated client base.
You will be confident and comfortable engaging with everyone as this is a client facing role.
You are accountable, responsible, organised, detailed and a clear communicator.
You are also a strategic and creative thinker, and relish solving problems.
You will be able to work with an internal team to ensure projects and campaigns are tracked properly and amongst other things; ongoing optimisation, contribution to insights in post campaign performance reviews and reporting.
You will have a solid understanding of campaign management tools to set up and manage client campaigns with Adwords, Facebook etc
You will be comfortable responding to campaign briefs and ensure campaign delivery: tracked properly, ongoing optimisation, budget alignment, contribution to insights in post campaign performance reviews and reports.
About You:
- Degree qualified in e.g. Media or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years agency experience
- Experience managing end-to-end digital campaigns with a proven track record of planning, executing, reporting, optimising and insights
- Strong experience with web design, web development, online marketing and social media advertising.
- Experience in managing multiple accounts and projects you will need to be commercially minded and a self-starter.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Adwords
- Experience with UX and UI
- Very strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Comfortable in a semi-technical role, able to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Comfortable in a client facing position, managing expectations and deliverables.
- Ability to work independently, but also comfortable in a small team
- Demonstrate self-discipline.
- A curious mind, exploring innovation and creativity
- Advanced knowledge of the MS Office Software Suite: Excel, Power Point, Outlook.
- Umbraco understanding an advantage.
