About the role
As the senior researcher you will work directly with clients and leaders in our business. You will be expected to work commercially and creatively with clients from day one - owning all aspects of our qualitative research projects.
You will focus not just on designing and executing the research but also on digging deep into the data to develop a clear narrative around key issues and outcomes for clients.
Ideally, while leading our qualitatative research, you will also be comfortable with quantitative research e.g . survey writing while a standout candidate will have experience using statistical packages.
Skills and experience
To be successful you must be a clear communicator, have a high EQ, liase well clients and have a positive, can-do attitude.
You will be good at leading people. This role has a team of junior researchers, designers and database engineers supporting it so experience working in teams and managing others is also ideal.
