Job Description

The role is a vital support function to the broader Kantar Consulting team, which offers the candidate a great entry point into the business and one that will ensure exposure across many facets of the work we do and to all levels of personnel within the team. Although there are certain functions that need to be delivered to (more information below), this role will suit a self- starter who can really shape this position to be the best it can for both the individual and the Kantar Consulting business.

There will be a strong focus on administration and office support activities, to support the day-to-day needs of the business, however more importantly this role will play an important function in assisting on project management of client projects, across the KC offer (Brand, Insight and Cultural Insight). You will be tasked with organising and coordinating office operations and procedures to ensure organisational effectiveness and efficiency of the teams and projects.

Examples of the specifics functions for this role (training will be provided):

• Plan and deliver high quality work whilst meeting deadlines and conflicting priorities

• Able to manage project logistics and stimulus, recognise problems and raise with more experienced team members.

• Work effectively as part of a team, manage work flows, share information and develop collaborative relationships

• General office and project management (such as Finance, job budgets, purchase orders, expense claims, field agency management etc)

• Write project progress updates while projects are live and conduct project audit/review for teams once projects are completed

• Develop recruitment spec’s, screeners, and book fieldwork

• Able to gather costs from fieldwork suppliers and incorporate them in the Job Budget

• View and note take in internal meeting or external focus groups

• Need to be comfortable and accurate with basic numerical operations e.g. percentages and financial ratios, and can create a job budget for low complexity or one-off projects
