With global headquarters based in trendy Marrickville, Sydney we are looking for an experienced self-starter with a commercial and entrepreneurial spirit to join our dynamic and fast paced Marketing Team.

As the Social Media & Content Creation Executive, you will represent all brands across our portfolio in everything social media! This is a creative, hands on role that includes product photography, content creation, planning, execution and reporting across all our social media channels.

This role will see you working across both our B2C & B2B channels with a strong focus on LinkedIn. This role also has a strong product photography focus, generating content for social media, ecommerce & sales collateral. A creative eye, photography experience and the ability to work simultaneously across multiple brands is a must.

Duties:

• Day to day community monitoring and management across all current and future social media platforms
• Contribute to the social media strategy and consistency of message per brand
• Implement both paid and organic strategies in line with Marketing objectives
• Identify and build blogger/influencer relationships for each brand
• Integration of UGC across other marketing channels
• Coordinate and deliver content calendars and production schedules in line with Marketing Plans and objectives
• Execution of all campaign and product photography for B2C & B2B platforms
• Creation of all social media content including copy writing, photography, videography and resourcing alongside the Creative Studio
• Staying on top of current trends in social media and leading platform evolutions and opportunities
• Weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting as well as competitor analysis

Knowledge and Skills:

• Previous experience working in Social Media (agency or multiple brands preferred). Experienced photographer with relevant portfolio of work – experience with both natural & studio lighting.
• Expert knowledge of Social Media strategies including reach; engagement and lead generation
• A strong knowledge of Social Media platforms i.e. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Tumblr, Snapchat, YouTube etc as well as community management tools such as Hootsuite
• Strong photography experience utilising both studio & natural lighting
• Existing relationships with beauty, fashion, lifestyle & travel influencers
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite for both still image & video editing
• Passionate about Digital Marketing, Beauty, Cosmetics, Fashion, Blogging, Photography & Design beneficial
• Experience in CRM, analytics and reporting beneficial
• Self-motivated and confident decision maker
