Marketing Coordinator - Resi Projects. $60K - $75k + Super, Melb South. Prop Developer & Construction.
Your new company
Melbourne based growing property developer with operations across real estate, construction and developments in Melbourne. Due to an internal promotion we now have a requirement for a passionate Marketing Coordinator to join this busy marketing team with thier strong pipeline of development projects.
Your new role
Reporting directly to the National Marketing Manager, your primary function will be to coordinate all marketing execution for each of the live developments. You will therefore take ownership project marketing duties including: - Liaising with creative and digital agencies as well as coordinating media bookings and advertising collateral - Ensuring all events are well equipped with marketing collateral - Take responsibility for the development and scheduling of all content marketing on each project via social media, websites and eDM's.- Manage the CRM and database
Having been a key support in the development of each project's ethos you will ensure that all customer engagement channels are inline with both the company and project brand. You will work from a customer insights focused base developing and ensuring smooth execution of campaigns and marketing strategies.
What you'll need to succeed
You bring demonstratable knowledge of property development. You are a strong marketing generalist with a proven ability to work across multiple deadlines. You are a multi-tasker, savvy in your use of digital and a highly organised operations marketer. You understand the impact of content marketing and strive to innovatively connect digital, open space and human engagement. You are ready for your next progression, and seeking a company that will offer fast track progression.
