About the role
Baileys Diesel Group have an outstanding career opportunity for a focused and energetic individual to join the team based out of state of the art facility.
As a key member of the team, the Marketing coordinator / Administration will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Manage the day to day operation of company websites
- You will execute effective marketing campaigns, utilising a range of marketing channels
- Maintenance and development of the website's – WordPress
- Assist with the execution of all online and offline advertising campaigns
- Build and maintain the company's social media presence along with social media advertising accounts
- Google AdWords account management
- Statistical Analysis – Website, Analytics, Campaign, SEO, AdWords etc
- Document and streamline digital processes
- Telemarketing skills – Planning and supervision
- Assist with Customer Service and Administration duties within the Industrial Repair Division
The person
- Thorough understanding of marketing methodology demonstrated by work history / education and preferably, success in these areas with another company
- Strong Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook skills
- Experience with Wordpress & other digital assets
- Desktop publishing, basic photography and video capture and production.
- Ability to work on and co-ordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to manage projects through to completion
- Ability to communicate confidently with people from all backgrounds.
- Ability to work within a team.
- Excellent level of writing ability and numeracy.
- Creative flair in copy writing and graphic design.
- Be able to work pro-actively, and with minimum supervision.
- Administration basic skills
