About the role:
The Marketing Performance Lead is an integral role that sits within our dynamic personal lending business. It’s a busy time for personal loans marketing (with significant financial investment) and we need to make sure we’re optimising the marketing activity we do.

  • Drive growth. Identify key performance and planning opportunities to drive improved marketing effectiveness.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the planning, strategy, tracking, measurement and reporting of marketing campaigns to identify optimisation opportunities and insights to direct future marketing activities.
  • Leverage a suite of marketing analytics dashboards and reporting tools to track key customer and portfolio metrics, including trend analysis and internal/external benchmarking
  • Evolve reporting outputs from EIM and tools such as Ensighten and Brand Science

About you:
You’re curious, analytical and customer centric. Your ability to decipher and analyse complex information into useful strategies and align them to business outcomes is second to none.

  • Career Marketer. With a focus on analytics.
  • High level of exposure to financial services dynamics, including credit risk, originations, sales, compliance and product. Or, experience is a services organisation is highly regarded.
  • Strong commercial acumen. After extracting data you will be able to translate this into useful insights and align back to Latitudes business and marketing objectives.
  • Trend setter. You detect emerging trends and develop appropriate strategic responses.
  • Tech savvy. Strong excel. We also use Tableau, Power BI, Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
