JOB SUMMARY
The Music Box are after Casual Audio Visual Technicians, Sound engineers, Lighting Operators, Visual Technicians, Staging crew and riggers, and general event staff.
We have an office in Sydney NSW and Brisbane QLD, we manage events nationally.
Primary responsibilities include setup technician services, including events, audio-visual equipment, warehouse duties, preparation / de- preparation, loading trucks and other relevant responsibilities given to by the Production Manager on-site or at the warehouse. You will be encouraged to learn the fields of work, help in other areas when needed and be a team player to help in achieving customer satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee resources to proactively ensure high quality service delivery while striving for continuous improvement
- Assists with technical matters for the set-up, maintenance, and operation of lighting, audio, visual systems
- Demonstrated competency in operating audio visual equipment
- Knowledge of audio, vision and lighting systems
- Highly developed customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Flexible to work after hours and on weekends
- Maintain confidentiality at all times;
- Must have excellent grooming and presentation
- Take on other tasks to help complete the event

Physical Requirements
• Capability to stand, kneel and/or crouch for long periods of time
• Capability to work in hot humid environments

• Assist in the loading of various vehicles with equipment as needed.
