Your New Opportunity
Penske is a one-stop shop for sales, service and parts for Western Star, MAN, Dennis Eagle, MTU, Detroit & Allison. An excellent opportunity exists for a Parts Interpreter to join the team and work in our modern office in Chipping Norton.
Due to our business expansion, we are looking for a Parts Interpreter, to service both our internal and external customers via telephone and face-to-face. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and technicians to provide the accurate & timely supply of parts and related information.
About you
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
- Willing to put in the effort and go the extra mile to grow the business and exceed our customer expectations
- A good communicator, both verbal and written and enjoy being part of a team and helping out your colleagues to get the job done
- Keen to learn about our business and develop your career in a company focused on promoting from within
- Have previous Parts interpretation experience and prior knowledge of one or more of our products, Western Star, MAN, Dennis Eagle, MTU, Detroit Diesel and Allison. This would be an advantage, but not essential as we offer great training programs in our products.
