Located in Mascot (Sydney) in a new architecturally designed factory space, we service Australia's leading restaurants providing a premium quality produce using innovative and state of the art processes and equipment, complemented with old fashioned customer service. We pride ourselves in offering premium cuts of meat with a premium quality service. 

About the role:

We now have an exciting opportunity available for a Junior Wholesale Butcher in our Mascot site, 5 days per week, rotating roster Monday to Saturday  (early morning starts 1.30am).  The person we seek will be pro-active and will use their initiative. Their responsibilities include but will not be limited to:

• 2 years of experience

• Portion control cutting experience

• Good communication

• Positive attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment

• Ability to work in a team environment

• A strong WH&S focus

• Reliability in terms of punctuality and attendance

To succeed in this role, you will be physically fit and strong, you will possess a can do attitude, be highly professional, be organised with an ability to prioritise and multi-task, and have high standards of quality and service. Experience in the meat industry or a FPCG/FIFO environment will be highly regarded but is not essential.

The position of the Junior Wholesale Butcher is a full time role. A salary package commensurate with experience and ability will be negotiated. Uniform supplied. Performance and salary reviews are completed on an annual basis.
