An exciting opportunity has become available at one of Melbourne's oldest Metropolitan Toyota Dealer.
We currently have a fantastic opportunity available for an experienced SERVICE ADVISOR to join our Service department Team.
In your role as Service Advisor you will be 100% focused on managing and exceeding your Customers expectations whist their vehicle is in our care. Your Customer centric nature will ensure you deliver the ultimate Customer Experience to each and every Customer.
The successful applicant will possess:
- Customer Centric Nature
- Proven experience in a similar high paced role
- Strong customer service with a focus to maintain a good relationship with your customers
- Knowledge/ experience using ERAnet would be advantage
- Excellent time Management skills
- Passionate about all things automotive
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Valid driving license
This role would suit a person who is ready to take the next step in their career.
