We are a wholesale artisan bakery located in Hornsby on the upper North Shore. We currently require full time and casual experienced pastry cooks / chefs to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will have had experience in a similar environment, producing high volume, consistent and quality products.
Products include croissant, danish, brownies, tarts, pies and sausage rolls. Experience with mixing, pinning out and rolling croissant is essential.
Must have experience working with sweet and savoury pastry, and using a dough break. Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team are also essential.
