About You:

First and foremost, you are extremely motivated, and looking for another direction in your career. Being a tradesman or ex-mechanic, your mechanical mind makes understanding fault finding processes second nature and your commitment to customer service sees you resolve issues effortlessly.

Your relatability to technicians means you can easily instil confidence, trust and understanding for all your customers where they feel heard, understood and fully supported.

You find great satisfaction in creating long term relationships and are naturally that person that is strong with follow ups. Because your rapport building skills are so strong, your ability to generate sales is second to none.

Importantly, you are the ultimate multi-tasker, you don't get rattled easily and excel when it comes to planning, scheduling and organisation.


  
About The Role:

Reporting to the Technical Director, you’ll add significant value to the company by providing support to clients and field service technicians. Some of your main duties will include;
  • Scheduling and coordinating appointments for technicians across Australia 
  • Assisting customers with sales enquiries
  • Assist service and clients with booking service and support
  • Following up customers and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Generating internal sales of spare parts and service
  • Working as part of a wider team to meet company goals
