Labour Solutions Australia (LSA) is a national labour hire and workforce solutions company, that provides various staffing to a wide variety of industries across Australia.
Some of our clients have been manufacturing and supplying all types of construction/mining products for more than fifty year and are looking for Leading Hand Boilermakers to join their team in Brisbane Southside.
Monday to Friday - Casual Ongoing Basis-dayshift-Nightshift- 12 month contract. Workshop and site work when required
Pay-rate $34.00
Essential Requirements for this role:
- Australian Trade Qualifications Boilermaker/ Heavy Fabrications Only
- Eight years post trade experience minimum
- Ability to weld all positions with a stick, Mig to a minimum 1554.1.2.3 Weld tested prior to starting.
- Basic Hand Tools of the Trade
- Intermediate Rigger and Dogging Tickets
- Working At heights/Boomlift Ticket
- Construction Whitecard
- All tickets must be current.
- Ability to break down work requirements from site plans
- Own PPE(welding Helmet , welding gloves Long pants , Longshirts Hi vis)
- Proven track record of reliability- Attention to details safety first mind set.
- Two Plus work related references required
- Live Locally Southside Brisbane
- Own reliable Transport & current Drivers Licence
You will need the ability to put safety first and comply with site safety points covered during induction which will be an essential requirement. The work is workshop and site based for 12 months + if you want an on going that is demanding and paying top dollar for top results this is for you.
