Mac Personnel currently have a long term vacancy on both day and night shift an experienced maintenance fitter or boilermaker with maintenance experience to undertake breakdown and preventative maintenance on heavy duty materials handling machinery.
Working alongside a small dedicated maintenance team, this role will involve reactive and preventative maintenance on heavy duty machinery, motors & gearboxes, hydraulic rams, cylinders, bearings, pump systems and fabrication projects.
Prior experience with MIG or ARC welding would be an advantage although not essential.
As the role will be working within a maintenance team, good communication skills will be required.
Both roles will be long term contract positions with a view to permanency.
