Our client a global truck dealership require a top flight qualified Diesel Mechanics for their busy site based in the Western Suburbs.
They are offering the right person with full qualifications a super base hourly rate, plenty of overtime, bonus, super and much more.
You will need the following skills
- Must have be a qualified Diesel Mechanic dealing in heavy trucks engines
- European engines would be highly desired, but not a job sealer
- Must have excellent technical knowledge in engines and diagnostics exp
- An excellent understanding of how a busy workshop operates
- Excellent time management experience
- Able to work well in a team and get on well with others
- IT literate
- Must live in the surrounding areas
- Excellent presentation and communication
- Must have a current vic drivers licence
- Must live in the western suburbs
- General servicing, brakes, gear boxes, engine re-builds etc
- Good knowledge of electrics etc
- Experience in buses would be a bonus but not a job sealer
- MUST NOT BE ON ANY VISA'S
- Able to work overtime when required
- Must have a Truck licence
- Able to provide a steady work history
