Reporting to the General Manager of Operations, this is a varied and dynamic role. You will be responsible for the effective quality and cost controlled maintenance support, assist with vehicle acquisitions and disposals while providing a level of exceptional product support and service to all clients.
 
Role Responsibilities include:

• Maintenance Repair- respond to all maintenance requests and assess the level of work required. Work with authorised repairers to coordinate repairs and ensure all work is effectively cost controlled and vehicle downtime is minimised.
• Assist with the vehicle purchase and disposal process
• Manage the Roadside assistance program and accident management
• Provide data and analytics relevant to reducing maintenance events and improving overall fleet management operations (training will be provided to ensure best use of analytical tools such as Excel)
• Provide superior customer service to your clients, providing advise around maintenance related issues covering their vehicles contract entitlements
• Adhere to internal guidelines, policies and procedures
• Provide support to your team members and support your Manager with ad-hoc requests as they arise

Qualifications and experience required;

• Minimum Certificate 2 in Automotive specialised course
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the Motor Vehicle Industry
• Previous experience in Fleet ideal
• Dealership experience – Sales, parts and/or Service department ideal
• You have strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ambitious to grow your career and eager to learn and be mentored
• Proficient PC Skills with minimum basic use of Word and Excel
