Our division, Initial Hygiene are looking for an enthusiastic Service Installer to join our Melbourne team. In this position you will be completing planned customer installations in accordance with the planned routes to service all equipment outlined on the relevant schedule. This is a permanent full-time position based out of our Melbourne office.
Initial Hygiene is a division of Rentokil Initial offering washroom solutions to Australian businesses for over 40 years. We operate in all states of Australia, employing passionate people to manage, maintain and service our extensive customer network.
You will be responsible for the following:
- Installations of our product into customer washrooms;
- Working to a planned schedule within a set zone;
- Providing good customer service to all clients;
- Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders; and
- Be aware of clients' needs and identifying opportunities to improve service standards.
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
- Cleaning Industry or related industry experience;
- Previous experience as an installer/handy man would be desirable but not required;
- Ability to work to a planned, time-based work schedule;
- A valid Australian drivers licence;
- Good communication skills; and
- Appreciation for high quality standards with ability to assess from a customers perspective.
As part of the recruitment process, you will be required to complete the pre-employment medical, police and reference checks.
