About the business
The Central Coast's newest luxury dealership is looking for a customer focused and friendly experienced Automotive Master Technician. You will be representing one of the most respected luxury brands with a long reputation for outstanding customer service that is second to none.
About the role
Reporting to the Service Manager and working alongside the Advisor you will be responsible for maintaining, servicing and repairing motor vehicles and related mechanical components in the workshop.
Responsibilities
- Carry out all repairs including engine, transmission and differentials
- Carry out all software programming
- Repair and replace worn and defective parts and reassembling mechanical components
- Perform scheduled maintenance service
- Maintain accurate service, repair and clocking records
- Advise on warranty claims and prepare reports associated with vehicle service and repairs
- Inspect vehicles and perform roadworthy tests – must be licensed to do so
Skills & requirements
- Qualified MasterTechnician with at least two years’ experience
- Experience with the Lexus brand will be highly regarded
- Comprehensive experience of Automotive Workshop operations
- Strong technical knowledge
- Working understanding of WH&S requirements
- Ability to provide an exceptional customer service to everyone, every day with a "can do" approach.
- Technical Experience
- High level communication skills with a professional approach.
- Computer literate with the ability to adapt to new technologies
- Work in a small team environment harmoniously
DESIRABLE SKILLS
- Toyota Experience (Not Essential)
- Knowledge of Toyota Parts & Service (Not Essential)
