Eyelash Extension Specialist - Trainee or Experienced

25 hours per week leading to full time in 3 – 4 months.

We are seeking career minded people to join our family at our salon at Docklands. We look for individuals who are bubbly and friendly, great team players and can be replied upon. We love those who embody happiness and optimism, can think on their feet and are innovative and enthusiastic.

Lash experience:

We are looking for team members who either:

• Have a minimum of 2 years lashing experience and be able to demonstrate practical and theoretical skills 

      OR

• Be prepared to under-go a training program with our preferred provider, as a pre-requisite for this role

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate the following qualities: 

• Exceptional standard of Classic Lashing (if applying for the qualified role, not applicable for Trainee role)
• Exceptional customer service skills and ability to build relationships with clients 
• Positive attitude towards change and can easily adapt to meet the needs of a changing environment 
• Pay close attention to detail 
• Goal orientated. Enjoys working towards goals, targets and KPI's 
• High level of respect and understanding for company policies/procedures 
• Able to make sound decisions, in accordance with company policy and procedures 
• Works well within a team environment, respects diversity and the roles of all members

Eligibility requirements

• Have own car and license
• Be able to travel between locations 
• Be prepared to travel to HQ in Newcastle for training if required
• Be available Monday to Friday and work up to 7.00 pm and 8.30 pm Thursday nights.  
• Be available (annual leave block out period) during our peak season October to December​
