Liaising daily with our Fleet customers coordinating their service and repair requirements via our own workshop and our extensive service partner network.

The successful candidate will have a demonstrated high level of customer focus and the ability to organise and execute a fleet servicing programme.

Reporting to the Operations Manager they will be responsible for:

• Coordinating all existing Fleet Service contracts, including:
  • Scheduling of Service and Repairs with Workshop and Service Partners
  • Provision of information required by customers completed in prescribed timeframes
  • Communicating with suppliers coordinating quotes for all work complete
  • All paper work required for invoicing is fully completed in a timely manner
• In conjunction with the national sales team seek new fleet service and repair opportunities to grow the existing portfolio
• Provide Technical advice where required
• Develop process improvement initiatives to improve productivity and the overall customer experience

The Successful Candidate will:

• Demonstrated experience meeting and or exceeding customer expectations
• Strong Communication and Negotiations skills
• Collaborative working style
• Attention to detail
• Technical knowledge of our product range or similar
• Organisation and time management skills
• Competent computer skills, MS Office, data entry, portal applications
