About the business
Keepmoving is a dynamic and growing company that provides the full range of assistive technology (AT) products to the Northern Territory market.
Keepmoving is the largest and best established mobility company in the Northern Territory with a staff of 20 including 16 in our head office in Darwin and 4 in our Alice Springs Office.
We provide a wide range of AT products and services including a high quality Seating Clinic that operates in Darwin and Alice Springs and visits over 50 remote communities of the Northern Territory.
About the role
The role is commonly referred to as a Seating Technician and includes the following duties:
- Assembly of Assistive Technology (AT) equipment as it comes into our company.
- Supporting AT trials autonomously with external OTs and their clients.
- Following up the above by scripting and quoting the products. reasonable computer skill necessary.
- Supporting our internal Occupational Therapist with trials for clients.
- Must have welding and machining and be able to think outside the circle with skills to allow for adaption of specialised equipment for our clients special needs.

Skills and experience
The ideal candidate will have both technical and client contact experience in wheelchair prescription and seating.
Manufacture training and support is ongoing.
